Walmer Estate

Woodstock real estate is an eclectic mix of old and new. The Quaint Victorian semi detached cottages stand side by side with houses built during the 1930's and 1940's and magnificent modern mansions with magnificent views of Table Mountain as well as the magical vistas across Table Bay to Blouberg and beyond.

University Estate

Most of the Woodstock houses in this region were built during the 1930's and 1940's but many have been enlarged & modernised to take advantage of the Northern aspect's sweeping panorama of sea and harbour. This was where a large Portugues speaking community was established.

Woodstock Upper

The older part of Woodstock is rich in colour and diversity. Quaint Victorian styled semi detached cottages, Victorian Villas and Terrace houses with a sprinkling of more "modern" 1930's styled homes. Many of these homes have been renovated and have rooftop decks that take advantage of views to Table Bay, up to majestic Table Mountain and Devil's Peak or across the roof tops to the twinkling lights of the city.

Woodstock Lower

The oldest section of Woodstock where most of the homes are Victorian Semi detached houses which run along narrow streets with the occasional larger free standing Victorian Cottage. Many of the homes in this area are unrenovated.
