Knight Frank invests in ‘Premium Listings’ on Property 24 and Private Property, ensuring our brand is continually circulated whilst the user is searching for property, giving our clients’ property greater exposure. This means that; e.g. should a buyer search for a property in Sea Point, your property would likely appear at the top of the page and your property’s advertisement would be larger and more striking than the other properties on the same page.

Local advertising
We will, on a rotational basis, advertise your property weekly in The Weekend Argus / Cape Property Guide for maximum exposure to the Cape Town market. All advertisements will be in full-colour and will include a mix of full page, half page and 3rd of a page advertisements. Properties located in the Atlantic Seaboard and Hout Bay will also be advertised in The Sentinel and The Atlantic Sun.
