_World-renowned chefs - coming to Dubai
Located at the heart of the resort, ‘Dinner by Heston Blumenthal’ will include a dedicated bar, two outside terraces and a private dining room. ‘Dinner’ will offer contemporary dishes inspired by historic gastronomic recipes dating back to the 1300’s. With outposts in London and Melbourne, this will mark the multi award-winning restaurant’s third location.

It is not often that an opportunity in such a perfect space comes along. The backdrop is outstanding and the views of the Dubai skyline over the Persian Gulf are quite unique. Ashley [Palmer-Watts] and I are looking forward to creating something quite special for our guests to enjoy.
Additionally, The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences will offer José Andrés’ popular Jaleo concept, showcasing the flavors of Spain and highlighting the rich regional diversity of Spanish cuisine. At Jaleo, plates are designed to be shared and the menu will feature its award-winning assortment of signature tapas, traditional small plates of Spain, savory paellas, as well as a wide selection of the finest Spanish cheeses.
